The Author
P.T. JOSEPH, S.J., Ph.D. (Marquette University), is Professor, Information Systems and Organizational Behaviour at the Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur. Prior to joining XLRI, he taught at the Xavier Institute of Management (XIMI Bhubaneswar, Marquette University, Wisconsin, and St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia, Dr. Joseph has done research in image processing and published several papers, both in India and abroad.
